1. In some cases, deposits may require one confirmation before players are allowed to bet.

2. Withdrawals are reviewed for security purposes, but take very little time, especially compared to fiat books.

3. There are no limits on withdrawal amounts.

Do you have an estimate on how long this should last?  Are we talking a matter of minutes, a matter of hours, or should we assume that we won't be able to log in all day?

Servers went down when I was playing poker, when I logged back on my account is short somewhere around .3 to .33. I emailed support but they said they don't see any errors which is untrue these are my last transactions.


As you can see I was never credited back the .1 from table Pueblo and the .2 from Hialeah.
