can you please consider adding UK and IRE horse racing in the coming days , I'm so desperate to find a site that takes my bets on these events and so far I'm only betting with exchanges where the liquidity is so low most of the times so I end up getting lower price than the market prices

This does not sound so good, for people who are depositing and then getting this cloudflare error.
They will lose their funds if they can not connect to the site properly.

Also was going to try and enter into the competition but it seems to be past the expiration date for the NHL/NBA playoffs final four.
But then saw you need to use this gleam tool to enter.

@ Mrk3131 - Thanks for your reply, mate. They replied to me as well in  the meantime, but it was the typical copy/paste. They said I might have refreshed the odds too often or tried to access their website multiple times in a short amount of time, which I obviously didn't do. My computer was actually offline the whole time and I've only tried to log in once I got back home.

They didn't say anything about 2-3 days to me. They said to try and use another IP, but I'm sure once I do that they will flag me for unauthorised attempt and delay the things even further...

Update: And this is exactly what happened. After being instructed FROM THEIR OWN STAFF to use another IP and log in, they canceled my withdrawal, just as I anticipated !  They asked me to log in from the same IP i used the first time, but taht's obviously impossible since THEY blacklisted that IP ( same as the guy from Mexico and someone else from Turkey reported )!!!

So it's a catch 22, they ban your IP first, then request you to log from the IP they banned, which is impossible! I have to mention this happened AFTER i deposited about $2000 worth of BTC. NEVER had a problem before, only after I deposited the BTC, so that's very shady!

If any of you know, can you tell me which legal entity can I address to in order to report what they did ? I obviously never cheated, it was the first deposit I ever made and didn't even had the chance to bet, just trying to recover my BTC that they are keeping trapped. If any of you had a similar problem, please let me know where should I make the complaint ( I mean legal entity, not a forum complaint ) and what steps I'm supposed to follow. Thanks in advance

None.  They aren't regulated or licensed, they can do whatever they want. 

The only recourse you have is to make note of any transgression and make it public to inform others about what is going on.

Afaik this IP ban is just temporary my country's IP was banned a few days back then was unbanned after a few hours. I asked their support what was the reason behind it and they said there was a lot of suspicious activities coming from these countries. Don't worry you're not banned though you can still access nitrogensports with a vpn.

Update 2: They proceeded with the withdrawal. It became an obvious "catch 22" situation even for them since they requested me to log in with my normal IP in order to make the withdrawal, but that obviously wasn't possible because, guess what, they blacklisted it in the first place, thus the reason why I even created a ticket! So, in the end, after a couple emails and tickets sent, they allowed the withdrawal ( after initially cancelling it ).

I'm definitely not gonna use them again under these circumstances, but wanted to point out that in the end, it seems they didn't had any bad intentions and they replied quite fast. They were simply paranoid  ( that's relatively OK-ish in crypto ) and partially incompetent ( requiring things that are impossible to achieve due to their own fault, the support members changed 3 times during our convos, thus some of them didn't know what we talked earlier and were asking the same questions or proposing the same things etc ). Also, wanted to point out the nitrogensports user on bitcointalk forum didn't help me at all and didn't offer to pass the information I've sent him to any nitrogen representative! It was all solved through emails and their ticket system.

Initially, was planning to leave them a negative trade rating here, but since they don't seem to be a threat to community members, nor scammers, I won't do it. Hope they get better in the future, as I really wanted to switch from Cloudbet to them simply because they had higher betting limits on some matches.

What is a Bitcoin based sports betting site doing by banning certain regions of the world?  Wasn't circumventing laws and regulations one of BTC's value giving properties?  You might as well become a fiat bookie.  It's a much bigger market.

Luckily I can still use the site.  But still...  I'm pretty disappointed in Nitrogen.

Glad your problem was solved mate. I still can't access I'm really disappointed this is the second time they banned my region this time since May 1st and their only answer was that the problem will be solved in a couple of days
