You all know the coin's dying / dead, right?
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=361008.0

Yes I knew that from the start. It's a POS coin (Piece of SH!T). Just look at the rate at which it halves, it supposedly halves every 1 million blocks with a total of 40 million coins, yet the coins per block is 40, LOL.

If that doesn't ring any bells, you are dumb.

I posted this in the 5th page:

they are following the simple guide

mine at the start, when difficulty is low
wait for the pump
sell all the coin
the coin is dead
move on another new coin and repeat

lmao

THat method is not going to work out now, cryptsy once added any shit ...even orbit coin.  However they are now taking their time and selecting coins. They have already bitten more than they can chew on and i bet they wish they could dump a pile of those crap coins from the exchange. All the hassle for them with the wallets etc, the resources.

Anyway its a free market but i think the method above will not work for much longer. Even now several coins have not made it to cryptsy some had huge hash at the first day and now worth nothing.

People like this shark selling 50k of instamined shit for 1.5btc are the only sharks now. They have huge gpu farms and suck up all the coins at the start and then dump them out on people knowing they will be worth nothing in the future.

You think cryptsy wants to make alts look stupid with 1 million different copy and paste coins all the very same? No chance, to get into the market at all they had to take all coins, the ones most exchanges would not go near. Now though they don't need to and actually can't anyway. Their exchange breaks on each new wave of interest because of having already tons too many coins.

Yeah I'm thinking this is another PoS coin (Piece of @$&!)

Another one of those coins in which the developer heavily premines in hopes that it will gain value some day, then dumps it all because it's a worthless coin

Also is it just me or is this coin terribly designed?

40 coins per block initial reward, halving at 1,000,000 block intervals

40,000,000 total coins

40 coins per block at 1 million initial blocks means 40 million coins that are from 40 coin blocks

So it won't 'half' ANYWHERE!

LOL

BossCoin Scammed Community Member out of $2000

So my previous post was relevant when the OP didn't edit out his stupid mistake from the first post, but he did. So now people coming in will think there's nothing wrong with it.

Sorry OP, if you are going to scam a good community member that was trying to help you out of $2000 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=361008.0) then the community will fight back. Justice shall be done.

Here is the original post with the 'scam!' alarm bell error:

Here it is now, revised:

Here is OP talking about a huge 40,000 coin premine:

Only 1000 blocks pre-mined for bounties and giveaways, difficulty is very low still sitting at only 0.000976562[/center]

My recommendation: stay as far away from this coin as possible.
