When is it going to be introduced to other exchanges?

I haven't read all of the comments, so if this was already asked, sorry.

The legit exchanges will not re-add this until a team is back in place. The network is not stable thus can be forked easily.

As I have said before the team will not come back unless they get paid btc for their efforts. They spent a lot of money out-of-pocket before and refuse to do it again. No idea how much. Good Devs command a premium right now so it's probably going to be pricey.

Nobody can give you legit answer to your question except for exchange owners/managers and there are none of them replaying on this thread so far. So whoever give you answer to your question here it doesn't mean shit.

My wallet always syncs just fine..

do you mind share your blocks .dat and the db folder?  looks like will take for me 1 more week to sync hahahaha

our friend above tried to send it to me but I stlll need db  folder to sync my wallet Sad

Check it out, it's a 7zip file (WeTransfer) no password.

https://we.tl/5QjLeUsmER

it is for infinitecoin 1.8.8 win32

database folder
blk0001.dat
blkindex.dat

I recommend renaming your local "database" folder and the two files "blk0001.dat" and "blkindex.dat" to something like .old
Then paste these two files and the folder in your C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Infinitecoin  folder.

This way you keep your original files, in case this does not work, you can revert it to the old situation

thank you man, really works.

did u exchange your coins?

back here after the boom in 2013

It definitely could be could be worth alot more. Any devs here from before willing to give information / documentation o where the project stopped I would be willing to invest time into the idea of a genesis block, upgrades etc...

If you haven't checked already, the first few pages of this thread has some information.

Trouble with zero block rewards (apart from fees) is that miners shy away, so the difficulty drops to minimum, which isn't good for network security.

One way to encourage mining is to have a faucet of sorts, which distributes coins by sending funds to itself, with a large fee. The fees are then collected by the next miner to incorporate the transaction. This pseudo-PoW mining can be done without needing any client changes, but it does rely on people funding the faucet.

Another option may be to move to PoS, but that would require a hard fork and probably a lot of work with the source code. Good luck getting bter to update the source (it won't happen)

no active development ?

I've explained it previously. Dev team all gone. May come back if people are willing to pay them BTC. Harsh, I know but who can blame them? They paid significant out-of-pocket expenses that were not recovered before coin collapsed.

No idea how much it will cost or if they will accept it. I do know that they will not be coming back to be paid in ifc.

Is there any spokes person from the devs which could input on what it would take as far as funding, effort etc...
