Is there any rewards if I provide some hashrates for IFC? Mining IFC can keep the IFC chain safer and reliable.
But I need some rewards (like rewards for providing nodes).
I can provide the gpu hashrate power, which is definitely better than cpu hashrate power.
ANY REWARDS DEV?

Does anyone know what is IFC circulating supply right now? I believe IFC has about 90 billion coins that have almost all been mined right now. So the coin is maxed out at the moment, that might be because this coin has been around for many many years The finder of a block still gets granted a reward, but after so many halvings the amount is so low (dust) that it isn't credited to the wallet, unless there are also transaction fees which push the total amount above dust. The coinbase reward is miniscule (currently 0.00000005 IFC) so it is worthless even when credited on top of fees. For all intents and purposes the coin supply is 100% mined. Yeah, it is mined 100%. Personally thinking, IFC is an experiment that whether a coin can be mined totally through transaction fees. One day, BTC will face this question. If IFC can restart and continue this experiment, I think it can have something in the era of crytocurrencies. That's why I still have hope on IFC.

That's why I've been explaining (repeatedly) that we need to get people to mine the coin. There's no point adding new nodes if the security of the blockchain is poor. Read back a few pages and you'll see I've pointed out that the entire network could be attacked with a single GPU, maybe even a CPU. I also mentioned a possible solution a while back, and have recently implemented it: an auto-faucet, which will pay out 100 IFC per 2 minutes to miners. Hopefully that will be some incentive for people to start mining the coin again. It does rely on funding since it is using existing funds, not actual "mined" (created) coins. If you or anyone have any funds to spare please donate: i86R5mEaP7SFGfuGhzvzguuRH4c98AefzQ Without mining difficulty we can't secure IFC network, so bigger /better exchanges won't list IFC. That's true. I will test to use a gpu to mine IFC. BTW, I cannot check the block info of IFC. Does anyone know where to check the block info of IFC? It is really important to check the generating block.

你好,我是中国国际金融公司社区成员,任何人都可以留下你的节点IP,和你的IFC钱包电址?如果节点测试可以用,中国社区基金会会每周发1000个国际金融中心作为节点奖励给您,持续三年时间!

I am Seriously thinking about and considering buying a Antminer L3+ ASIC Miner to simply secure this coin for a few months, as this a scrypt based coin, as the hash power alone on just 1 is more than enough to help IFC for a while, I don't care about the reward right now, so my question is if I acquire this Antminer, I will probably run this for around 6 months 24/7 just to see where this may go.
So some one please point me to the thread that explains the current mining setup to mine IFC.

I am thinking the same! You guys can try to solo mine IFC. L3 has 504Mh/s, which is much better than 3Mh/s (current net hashrate of IFC). Actually, you can test more things, because you dominate the IFC blockchain. Really, I want to say to the IFC community: INCREASE NET HASHRATE!!! (3Mh/s is toooooo LOW).

If it was a 51% attack then it would have been possible for an attacker to: 1. Deposit IFC 2. Sell IFC for another coin 3. Reverse the IFC deposit (double spend by sending the coins from the original deposit transaction to another address, on a stronger version of the blockchain) 4. Optionally, repeat. At this point the buyers of the dumped coins have an IFC balance, but because of the double spend the exchange doesn't actually hold 100% of the sum of all customer balances in their wallet. The exchange is technically insolvent (for IFC) since it does not hold 100% of the coins that customers have purchased, and will not be able to pay everyone their IFC.

how many coins u had there? I understand your curiousity to ask this question, but hope you understand for anyone holding any coins, not smart to publicly announce how many coins a person holds (no matter the situation) I have some, and am trying to contact Cryptopia support for 2 months already, they replied last month telling me I will be able to withdraw and closed that ticket. Was never able to withdraw, so created a new ticket last month and they have never replied to that one yet.

Thanks for the info man, do you think there's any way to recover these IFC under the situation? Cryptopia is nearly impossible to talk to , and from what you said, seems like trying to get my IFC is a lost cause. I am open to any/all suggestions/ideas if possible to get these IFC back into my possession Thank you

Cryptopia is nearly impossible to talk to , and from what you said, seems like trying to get my IFC is a lost cause. I am open to any/all suggestions/ideas if possible to get these IFC back into my possession Thank you The IFC have effectively been stolen because they were used to trade value even though the original deposit would have been voided. Cryptopia would need to buy more IFC from another source in order to fully cover customer's balances. I doubt they'd be willing to do that, even though they should (IMHO) share some of the responsibility by continuing to accept deposits on a coin which could be attacked so easily. There's another coin in a similar situation - an attack meant Cryptopia has sold more coins than they actually have available in their wallet - and the coin dev has done a hard fork in order to generate a special block that provides extra funds to cover the attack and lost funds. Sounds good, huh? Send it to Cryptopia and we're all happy again because everyone gets their coin. But it's been nearly a month and Cryptopia hasn't replied to the dev. Nothing has happened.
