An announcement on Bitfunder announced that there's will be an automatic share transfer on 2 DEC 2013 to direct shares. Just passed the Wednesday dividend pay out, there's no show of any dividend for our shares previously on Bitfunder to receive any dividend!  So did Ukyo really transfer the share or Friedcat didn't finish the process???  I tried to message both of them, but none of them replied. Any one can give any news, thx.

and what could he do?

technically those shares are ukyo's (if he really has them anyway), there's no legal ground for friedcat to arbitrarily move them elsewhere.

Friedcat has already stopped paying dividend for those shares until its settle done.

WTF are you talking about - technically? Everyone knows who owns those shares in reality.

I'm not sure why he would need to setup a page, why not just send fc the list?

The div payment was stopped? Am i remembering wrong or did ukyo say he asked friedcat to stop div payments since the div payments would go into the weexchange wallet that cant be accessed. Friedcat didnt do it. Friedcat only seems to check mails with share transfer requests, no other emails.
I think the chance is high the divs are caught in weexchange wallet and owners have to wait for the problems to be solved.

Technically, there's probably a whole lot of ineffectual legal ground, but it's really not the be all and end all.

The dividends belong to the shareholders per Ukyo's promise, and the list is sitting on FC's computer, so he has de facto ownership of the numbers in the list.

I think by now its quite clear that there are no technical issues with WeEx's wallet.

are you serious?

do you really think friedcat has received the list and not updated it?

really?

I was informed there is a reason that ukyo cant speak more than he did and that he still is working with NEOBEE to solve this all. At least he isnt running. Thats something i would await from a scammer.
Only hope remains... slightly drifting away...

I was talking about the list of who earns the direct AM dividends.

As for the pass-through list, wasn't that available for anyone to download?
