Just my opinion - BTC rising up to 20k in a couple of months can work opposite and turn down the investors and many projects. Volatility only plays for traders, most of investors who put their money long term want it to rise, but not too fast. I would say $12-15k for about half a year would be nice, so we can finally see some big projects done and working, to prove BTC is stable

if the trend will be steady like today for sure it will happen but it is steady, remember bitcoin is highly volatile, we cannot rely on the trend you are saying. but being optimistic really helps, let us hope that this slow and steady trend of ups and downs will continue and surely bitcoin "could" hit the $20k mark.

I think yes, it will happen that it will reach $20K by the end of August. Very possible. For me because South Korea is about to legalize Initial Coin Offering and authorities are hurrying for the legalization. Who would say no to a multi-billion dollar opportunities. Even if the trend of the crypto coins is volatile or abruptly changing but I think there is somewhat pattern can be formed. Maybe because there is what we call seasons or trends of people's activity that is sometimes common to all of us. As the month of august for me is closer to the last quarter of the year in which the demand of money is atmost. So maybe the demand of the crypto coins is high and the supply in the market is low since everybody is saving it for the next months.

20 grand by august feels unlikely in the extreme to me. you don't have the biggest bubble ever, noodle around for a few months, and then return to the height of the bubble again.

we'll hit 20 grand on the way to the next top and that could be a couple of years away. until then it'll seem like a distant dream. all that's left in the market is bots and scalpers. there's nothing to inspire them to push for the stars again.

I still dont see that the market is really in bullish condition, so im not sure it will reach $20k again in August 2018, but maybe at the end of this year.

It seems will occur in the month of August.Every year their is huge raise in July - December,I think this year also we can expect huge raise in bitcoin price.20k$ is the expected peak of many investors.Personally I think the price of bitcoin will reach 20k$ by this August.

There are many theories coming along the way. I mean people are saying that there are two possibilities for the bitcoin and both of them are fighting with each other at this very point. For example, there is group of people who believe that bitcoin has lost its resistance level and thus it might be difficult or might take long time for it to recover and reach ATH like that. And there is another group who argues that if bitcoin is able to break the resistance of 10 K USD then only it is possible for bitcoin to reach ATH this year. So my thoughts are saying that, it may reach but it wont reach by the August Month as it is too quick.

For me, it's very frustrating to see this current growth of bitcoin more often. As everyone believes BTC is the biggest, oldest and most secure network, as mass adoption happens and its market cap grows it will become more stable. Bitcoin is fairly worth of the holdings, but we will never achieve that result unless that breaks happens.
