While I am not defending 50btc, a good amount of the users here are probably ones with the affected balances. When I logged in a few weeks back, it showed me having over 140btc. Thats not possible because I did not mine anywhere close to that or have the hardware too. even right now it says Im owed 1.25btc.

Do the math here and see how long these claims would take. and what type of hardware you would need.

I had about 0.024 BTC there Sad

The sum was substracted from my balance but nothing has arrived, nor has a mail and a support ticket been answered.

I doubt the validity of most of them numbers being thrown out here.  I'm sure there are a few who lost coins in the double or tripple digits, but I doubt it's newly registered November and December 2013 bitcointalk users.

Most of the heavy hashers are older members, then again they would also know not to use the pool as a piggybank.

I think people are posting the corrupted database numbers.  By that record I am owed about 180+ coins, but in reality I think I had less than 0.1 on there as it was my failover pool.

Hey
I just registered to post also my numbers of 50BTC.com

I installed the miner last year and after some time just forgot about it.
2 weeks ago, cleaning up my documents, i found the registration datas and checked my account.

Due to the Shares there should be arround 85BTC.

In the dashboard is written that 30 allready payed out...but I can't see this transaction in
the payout area...normal?
Rest of 55 I ordered payout last weekend, still pending status.

And yes...i'm really pissed that I didn't check or found my lockin datas before.

P.S. If my math and my own payouts from the pool are correct. from Decmeber to july, the most you could get from a 24hr period per 400mhs gpu was 0.012 and that became less than 0.01 around march. Thats bassed on a single worker and payout records for that work during that time.

Edit: So at 0.012btc a day per gpu, and no difficulty change, you need to be running 34+ gpus non stop until the pool closed from december for 85btc.

Shure, possible that my numbers are wrong.
I'll be back home mid next week.
So should I post Screenshots from dashboard and payout Tab?

As I wrote i didn't Log in for several month, so I'm not shure
what's real value is.

Love to see some pics of that. Sounds impressive. How did you overcome the power issues of getting it from the street to the site? Thats a huge amount of amperage being pulled down through your box.

is quite simple.
i have a warehouse outside the city.
4 cables with a diameter of 20mm for phase.
4 automatic fuse(45A each) on each cable.
the big problem was the heat and the dust!!!
now i'm still having the 7970 and 7950...the gpu mining is dead...
the btc left in 50btc was my last ones...big mistake it seems

Not very up to date on things, are you...
Last week my 9 7970s mined as many BTC (indirectly) as someone running a 250 GH/s ASIC.

What's even better, the difficulty of altcoins is not going up nearly as much as BTC, while the conversion rates are pretty stable. So GPUs have been creeping back up to asics, though the power issues are obviously real (imho offset by the dual use and therefore safety of GPUs)

What happened::

50BTC.com (member) ran 50BTC.com mining pool.  On about October 18 2013 the pool stopped payouts of mining earnings.  Suspiciously, this was right after an announcement that they would be switching to DGM reward method from PPS.  50BTC.com (member) has not been on the forum since October 28, 2013. 50BTC.com claims pool was conveniently hacked and all mining earnings were lost.  Lack of communication and avoiding questions from pool members makes the situation appear very fishy.

I didn't log in to my 50btc a lot, but I had about 700BTC sitting in there, maybe a week before, my balance was 750BTC, when the theft happened I logged in and my account balance was 766928.51230298 BTC.

Now when I try to log in ALL I get is "A record with the supplied identity could not be found."

I can only assume this means they've deleted my account.... honestly for almost 1mil USD I want blood, I want to seize his assets, I want him in jail for theft and fraud, this kind of shit NEEDS TO STOP HAPPENING IN THIS COMMUNITY.

I am poor, but i do work for Coin Smiley
