i did some trade again and same shit happens coins disappear after clicking sell, how they can explain this no trade history, no withdrawal history and your coins disappear? i have more than 1 btc in my balance before now i got only 50 primecoin remaining if i trade it again i will go empty, should i trade it also so my balance will be zero without any withdrawal history?
The same, when I bought some WDC, the order is disappered. and my btc is lost.

Got same issue with WDC (fortunately small amount). Maybe it's time for another exchange now.

Mine was from QRK. The admins are probably having a hard time deal with all of the annoyed traders

It kinda does sometimes. I put in an open order, and it deducted my BTC with no order placed happened to me right in front of my eyes. i put an order, the order was set and like wtf, the order dissappeared, i'm thinking yeeee i bought my coins.... my coins??? where the hell are my coins?? btc refund NO freslly bought coins NOT THERE trading action at the trading history (mine/coins) NEVER SHOWED funny thing is that i was thinking to buy those coins like 4-5 mins and some other actions took place right before my order. THOSE TRADES DOESNT SHOWN EITHER WTF Same thing happened to me just half an hour ago, too. Placed 3 orders, confirmed each and then: nothing. No coins were purchased. The orders did not show up in the "open orders" tab. But the BTC balance was reduced immediately. So essentially, Cryptsy stole BTC from my account. NOT FUNNY!

Deposits are borked completely now, 18+ hrs and not even showing as pending.
Cryptsy, the very least you can do while mishandling our coin is to tell us WTF is happening!!!
No tweets, no customer service. I'm done with cryptsy.

Everytime Cryptsy has ever struggled with new influx of users or a BTC crash, I have lost a couple coins here and there. Every single time they have taken the time to audit my account personally and return every coin missing.
They're very nice people working very hard so we can trade. Their job gets tough sometimes.

Let's watch your business go from 100k to 5mill in a week and see if you don't run out of gems to sell or people to help customers, I bet you can't imagine having to run an online store with that kind of increase.

Bitstamp experienced explosive growth as well, but it did not result in a breakdown in the system. Look through this thread and see how many people have issues with them. Also in a business like trading liquid assets that continuously vary in price, there has to be a higher standard. It's nice that they fix problems after they occur, but sometimes this means the customer loses money. With so many complaints about failed orders and failed bitcoin deposits it might be time for them to address some of these issues publicly. Or they could just follow the lead of Mtgox- do nothing and say nothing. Let another exchange step up and take their business away.

The same, when I bought some WDC, the order is disappered. and my btc is lost. This has happened to me a few times this week with PPC, BTC and XPM. It has always fixed itself after a day or so but still.. very unnerving and I have been taking my coins out as a precaution.
