It's the first time I searched for this in
patrol, and it is indeed flooded with those posts.
Is there a "valid" reason (as in: "authenticating the account for bounty hunters") to post this, or are they all spamming?
If they're all spam, I can easily make a list, just like I did for
AlexPromotion spam. I haven't downloaded patrol for a few months, and just restarted it. Once I have data from a few days, I can make a list.
Update to answer my own question: apparently bounty threads require it:

Isn't this against the rules? It's not allowed to give people any incentive to post in the thread. This looks like a loophole to allow unlimited bumping. So many accounts post nothing else than this (
example)!
