Good to see development going on with dogecoin and the new wallet coming out.  I wasn't aware of any dev teams on Doge.

it's funny how Dogecoin does more transactions than Bcash.  With China being in the year of the Dog, I have high hopes that Dogecoin is not done this year. 

Do you think there is a coin with cheaper transactions than Doge? I would like to store some data in the blockchain so ac you can imagine the fees are a factor and wonder which crypto to use...

But everyone hoping for a higher price ( sometimes like 1$) has to keep in mind that the fees gradually will increase too

Many underestimate the potential of Dogecoin project. There"s a bright future fore DOGE! Just remember that Vitalik Buterin once tweeted that Doge is his huge crush and he will hodl it for a very long time.

What potential can there be for dogecoin, are you serious? Explain to me then the meaning of this project and what is the use of it for society? What important problem does this project solve? A coin is a joke and no more, why such a large capitalization is a mystery to me. It's not serious to talk about prospects at all!

Dogecoin is the perfect currency for the normal user, young people, and the community that uses the Internet as a diversion, away from speculative projects or dark intentions that currently surround cryptocurrencies, the fact that it was created as a joke and not as a pyramid scheme is an advantage.

Many people want this to be the currency of fun, friendship, and altruism, a currency used to thank for content, make donations, micropayments, tips, use it in video games, competitions, gambling, etc.

It has the backing of a growing community, it's fast, it's cheap, it's easy, with almost free transactions, without confusing decimal figures, and it has its own pet which is very important for its brand and promotion, everyone knows the Twitter bird, Firefox fox, Playboy rabbit, Linux penguin, Ferrari horse, Redbull bull, and now Dogecoin dog.

Many people decide to start with Dogecoin for some reason, why can not it be a success?

And don't forget that is has 10x the transactional capacity of bitcoin - out of the box without needing anything like segwit =)

I think you have not checked the total supply of Doge that's why you predicted $100 this easily. First let it reach at $1 then think about higher price. Doge has its own price range which is being followed each this market moves upwards. It is highly profitable market for trading no doubts but expecting it to reach this higher isn't possible.

I like this coin for its usefulness. Whenever I need to move 40-60 dollar range bitcoin from one place to the other, DOGE comes to my aid. Bitcoin fees are low lately but companies/exchanges don't care to adapt the situation. On the other hand whatever happens, I know doge fees will be cheap. It is also recognized by many exhanges and shapeshift.io too. That means it is nearly as liquid as bitcoin.

I wouldn't keep my wealth in doge block chain since it has an inflation rate but i like it for being cheap. It really solves some real world problems for now. When the Lightning network gets adopted however, its not going to be good for doge i imagine.

jackson palmer said that there havent been an software update in over 2 years.
even the devs admit that they are a "completly distracted team".
but it doesnt matter, DOGE dont need alot development,
its already working fine as a currency.
and its being used alot.
so its even more special when they release a new version after such a long time.
