I'm using Bittrex, Poloniex, Cryptopia and Yobit for most of my DOGE trading - not too much difference in the fees - Yobit seems the most volatile and Bittrex the least volatile.

Without updates I think LTC with future version (lower fees) will dominate on arbitrage, and this is single use case for doge atm so price can drop to 20-30 sat.
