Why not increase the wages of skilled laborers and decrease the wage of workers including CEOs and management level employees? Wouldn't that help the poor and balance out the economy?

I think lack of employment rate may reduced the numbere of poor people especially in asia and african countries. These are the common reason why these continents stay in the same level of economic status.

unemployment and laziness makes the economy sink.There are a lot unemployed in our country because maybe some of the job offered doesn't fit their capabilty but they wanted white collar job or they are capable enough but they are not accepted because they don't have well-known back-up.If only all are united and put away laziness our economy will be better.
