Yes I totally agree with you since the poor in my country have to suffer a lot. The government here seems to turn a blind eye to the lives of the poor and they don't have any policies to help the poor. The governments especially in third world countries must reduce the birth rate first. In some countries in asia and africa, having a lot of kids is a big achievement for a family so they just keep making babies until more than 3 kids without carrying about their financial ability.
