Please join our Whitelist by going to our website (https://noizchain.com) and KYC process will start soon. Yes, you can transfer from your whitelisted wallet address. Just make sure your wallet can receive ERC20 compatible tokens (like MyEtherWallet). Your Exchange wallet will not work.

Current price is 1 ETH = 3000 NOIZ tokens. We plan to adjust that reasonably if the ETH price fluctuates towards the ICO dates.
