Are NOIZ tokens based off Ethereum or NEO?

We are only accepting Ethereum (ETH) and Bitcoin (BTC) tokens for the ICO. |

Can NOIZ be mined?
Short answer: No. In the Smart Contract that we will be creating on the Ethereum blockchain, we will not set rules that enable NOIZ tokens to be minded. |
