Sticker location may have changed, look between the blades.  It could be near the Ethernet port connector.

If not, could be somewhere within the packaging box....

Sorry about that.  If you can't find it, Please use free Advance Port Scanner and it will find it for you!

take the cable and go to your local radioshack, its just a normal flat with 4pin connector
then after you got the replacement one from sushi you can try return it to them

I would say turn it off and wipe it carefully.

After running my both miner for almost 3 hour one stop working.

I check it out what is going on and found this:

Hmm... not a bad idea.  Right now I stripped the wire a bit and stuck it in there.  It's making contact but you can pull it out easy (so I put it in a place where no one touches it!).  It looks like I'm up and running at 180 GH/s!  Lovely - first try to, and other than the broken wire, it's working as advertised!

PS: Found the IP address label on the controller board.  Before I found it, I found the IP address by doing a scan on the 192.168.2.x subnet.

For me it looks like there is a part missing?  

Just try to restart, the unit run, but still no mining...no green LED, nothing. Just run in standby.
