I hope we get some Bitcoin ATM machines here in the uk next year. That would really help promotion and legitimise it with the public.

I want to see an altcoin atm if that were to happen then everyone would realize how real this all is and more people would feel like they could establish their own bitcoin brands

What is wrong with BBQ coin that could be a very good restaurant coin and would do well in the hipster environment since it had a quirky ironic start.

Any major adoptions would only be happening in top 5 countries. Third world countries are far-farway from it, and we need them push its value to da moon.

Well I think fairly soon we will see a bulk of coins in the market similar to China coin I do not see why there is not already a Brasil coin and Argentina coin Both of those economies love bitcoin And eventually we will see things like AIDS coin Cancer coin and Africa coin I heard that IGotSpots and some others are working on perfecting the devcoin script so that charitable coins can be made extremely simply.

Not all restaurants or escorts are accepting them though If this is going to be the currency of the future everyone has to use it

The source says Bitcoin is as discreet as cash. Nope. Hence, Zerocoin.

Does anyone(coinbase, bitpay, etc) offer a service where you can pay at the point of purchase with BTC and the merchant receives USD?

Isn't that what bitpay pretty much offers anyway? I don't know if its the default but i 'm almost sure that can provide that.

Altcoins will forever be worthless, there's just no way you can get a large amount of shops to accept dozens of Altcoins. At the most they'd accept bitcoin and lite coin. (And lite coin is a stretch already)
