Our vardiff works fine... we use the same implementation that we use on our other pools.

I run 3MHs rigs and never see diff over 256.

If your struggling, try us out https://lot.nut2pools.com

Lot.no-ip works fine, but I guess the Hackshard-pool will get better when Deviant has time to fix it Smiley

Increase the difficulty! =) lol

Please don't increase difficulty.  I am running so slow.
That is why I always look for a VARDIFF pool.

I am of course on your pool now devianttwo.
I need 16 difficulty. That is perfect for me. I get a 6 shares a minute. 64 difficulty I get 1.25 shares a minute. soo horrible lol
Maybe it would help clear out a lot of the smaller shares more quickly for you then? I don't know about the pool operation at all though.

Devianttwo - Thank you thank you for setting up vardiff for me.  It is working great here and from the looks of it it has vastly increased everyone's and the pool's productivity.

It also proved my idea was correct regarding vardiff and your server issues.

If anyone benefited greatly from the change to vardiff tips are very much welcomed and appreciated.
Mining at 70-75Kh/s is a lot like trying to catch dust with a butterfly net.

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State BlockNet can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State BlockNet to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State BlockNet.” - Joseph Goebbels

Lee the problem is he is getting overwhelmed. Its a bandwidth issue ultimately. You will still get around the same amount of coin. At 16 diffficulty you get 16/1 share at 128 difficulty you get 128/1 share. It will make his pool more stable by increasing the difficulty.

You sure about that?  It seems quite the opposite happened and that my belief was correct.

Yup Lee vardiff helped you out by increasing difficulty for others and leaving it alone for you. Your understanding is correct! =)

Here we go.  I guess my super hashing 70Kh/s alone doubled the whole pool's previous hash rate.  Go back to bed and try again tomorrow. =)
(You and I both know that is absolutely ludicrous. But even if it was true, then just the collective hash rate increase alone helped you more than not.)

Love love love people that speak in definites but are really just making it up as they go along...literally convincing themselves and trying to sway others of their excrement.

You never had it to lose.  Sweet dreams.

I was just trying to help you bro sorry about your epeen prob.

Let me get this straight...

1. You contradict me and say without a doubt and as a matter of fact it is a bandwidth issue bc of difficulty set too low.
2. You were blatantly wrong and it was brought to your attention.
3. You respond with a snide comment.
4. An appropriate response was sent.
5. Then I am the epeen? projection maybe?

Just like in real life, that type of person runs anything they touch into the ground.
You can not help someone when you do not know the answer and make one up.  You can only mislead then.
Someone ask which way is north and another confidently point them south...not a probably or a maybe, but that what they say is fact.
It is one of only 2 things.  They are intentionally misleading them or they are an imbecile.
Both of which I have a huge problem with and choose to run away from.
Thank you for revealing yourself.  This will be my final exchange with you.

Just run along now and don't be that extra bit that takes 2 or 3 extra flushes.
