Jasinlee - I only have the information that you have included in that post. I'm from outside USA, and unsure as to what you are referring to. Could you expand a bit more, or provided further links?

Thanks.

And that was just a short experience I had at the local bank of america, nothing particularly important to the project.

I'm mostly a trader. I don't really consider my 2 GH/s for bitcoin, really mining. (or my 4 KH/s CPU for scrypt).

Eagerly anticipating your release.  I've been a long time lurker of your project over the last year here, on litecointalk.com and your chats on btc-e.com.  Can't wait to see what you release into the wild for us to use.

Looks like we got someone for the eagle conversions so we can assume that bounty will be taken soon so thanks for the PMs in regard to the AURA Open source PCB.

The shares purchases will open up very very soon, we will launch the site in stages. Starting with shares, we will limit purchases per account by 99 shares per user. These shares will be for a piece of Fibonacci Hardware sales. There will be a total of 10k shares, which will represent 5% of the hardware sales. Then we will launch other portions of the site, on launch we will have a closing date for the initial sale. After which, we will begin cleanup of any bugs we found (such as a tester found tonight a simple one) then move into launch of the exchange and preorder sales. We do have some users testing the site, if all goes well it will be up asap.

btw havent followed the whole conversation, what is the price of one share in $ converted to LTC?

The price of a hardware share is 2.15 LTC so roughly $51.385 ATM.

Currently that would be about 4 chips but that will likely change. The chip prices will be static.

What? 1 share ~= $51 so 99 shares ~= $5000. The price of 10 chips. 1 chip is ~1 mh/s ~= $500 if I'm right.

Soak you are talking about profit revenue shares that can be exchanged for chip shares later, not the same...

There are 3 type of shares
HW is hardware profit revenue
SITE is profit revenue from the site (exchange and whatever they can think off)
CHIP will be the asic chips, last to be released
