There are many bounties started by junior members or members have done a great job. It depends on the credibility of the project and how much investments they are getting in the ICO. We all have seen many experienced managers scamming people, when it comes to money trusting someone is really hard.

the level of the Manager can speak about his competence.but you always have to check everything. I try to pay attention to the level of Manager who wants to deal with a beginner. it's too risky

I think the rank does not determine the success of the campaign, and does not guarantee also if the member jr who manages bounty scam. my friends follow bounty that BM have rank jr member, but ico is successful, ico it there is LYMPO

for success then this cannot guarantee whether rank higher can guarantee successful ICO. There is even a well executed high rank but quite the scam. Indeed it is usually already experienced and his work fast but for success so uncertain. Manager with a small rank are also sometimes could make more successful than he does rank higher.

bounty in bitcointalk is written by someone, and that does not mean the writer is the manager. Keep in mind, the manager of a bounty is not an individual, but a large company such as Amazix, Tokensuite, etc. So, I think the bitcointalk account level of the bounty writer has no effect on whether or not the success of ICO and bounty.

Oh sure. I take this fact into account. Bounty manager is the person of the campaign, the rank is an experience.

Perhaps there is dependence on the manager, because every manager has his own bounty hunters who are used to working with the bounty manager of this project. I think that this is the correct statement.

Most of the well-known campaign managers select potential projects and clear teams to collaborate and of course their campaigns will close prematurely due to over-participation. It is also a factor to decide to join the campaign

To become a well known project manager he is already establish and successfully completed already several project with no problem. Because good campaign manager knows how to choose good project too. That makes he's teams all get good reward.

Not exactly so. But often than not, managers with high ratings on this forum have successful campaigns. I have seen one or two where it is not the case. But in those instances, those campaigns have been one for very long, so one can assume that the trust has already been built. And yes, I have seen low ranking members run campaigns. In these cases, they are probably part of the project themselves, and the possibility that the funds to pay a campaign manager is not available so they do it themselves. It is hard for these ones, because the trust level has not been built, so there is a lot skepticism. But if you take a leap of faith, you can aid them run a successful campaign.

That doesnt really matter because most of menagers are hired and their level doesnt make any difference because its not he who is paying but the team behind that project. Most of campaing now are being runned buy few marketing companies here that operate on bitcointalk like amazix

I think the rank is very influential with the success of bounty. How people believe you if you only have the rank of newbie. But there is also bounty which is managed by dev directly and it is also successful

Most of the campaigns I participate in often choose reputable managers in the forum, because they have more trust than new members. Reduce the risk of scam.
Veteran members like Heroes or Legends will often choose to have their own potential. And they will certainly receive their money.

I also do not think that the manager has any significance, because people very often look at what this project is like. Usually it turns out automatically, it all depends on the idea of the project.

for me to be seen when wanting to join a bounty campaign is the essence of the project. I'm following a campaign that I think my analysis will work on in the future. and I think for maximum analysis you can see from the level of confidence the manager who holds the project. because if they hold a project they undertake analysis. trust is very important in order to assess success in time to avoid a scam

it does not guarantee success because they may also be duped in the end but the benefits of choosing a higher ranking campaign manager is that they tend to be more experienced in choosing a good campaign to support, nor do they want to waste their time

Everyone's habit is to think that the level is higher and the credibility will be better. This is a simple way to explain some problems, but it is not absolute. There are many projects that have just been released, but they are quality teams and there is no high level. So this method can't explain the problem anymore.

I guess we are forgetting here that managers are just there to do their own job and there is simply no way anyone can easily find out if a project ends up successful or ends up a scam just because the manager is a high ranked member.

It is all about the team and even though some managers always take their time to scrutinize the project they want to collect, some really do not always care and what they are after most of the time is just what they get paid and the rest is left for you as an individual to make your own decision.

A campaign manger always chooses only those projects who are reputed and have good team. They already have funds escrowed so that applicants are not scammed.

the level is indeed sometimes affected. many dubious campaigns held by small accounts. but many also turned out to be a success despite the running account Jr. member for example. Thus many now run by the manager and ended with a huge scam. It is often encountered. the most important is knowledge and skills. rank only as an additional course for situations of this kind of campaign.

Rank can't show you the soul of this men. He can scam you when this will be profitable for him.
