Coins-e not acknowledging deposits

I've made a deposit of a couple of alt-coins from smalltimeminer.com to coins-e. It's been 6 hours already and while the balance has been deducted,Coins-e doesn't even show an unconfirmed deposit. I've mailed the support team,but no dice. What gives?

I'm having the same issue for PPC and TAG deposits.

Usually if you enter in the transaction id on their deposit support page, it will instantly credit your account provided the transaction has enough confirmations. However this tactic isn't working for me in these two cases. I have about 1 BTC worth of deposits not reflecting now, and my ticket has been on their support page for almost 4 days now with no response. I hope they get to it soon.

Deposited 0.8 BTC 5 days ago to Coins-e.  Never showed up, no response to ticket, no contact.

I also deposit alt coins on 13.December.
Never arrived and support doesnt answer

EDIT: Recieved 5 days later! anyway i wont deposit not again 400usd worth. max 100usd in the future...

Took 9 days but they did eventually fix the issue!  All funds available and have been transferred around no problem.

Was getting worried!

yeah for me they needed 5 days to recieve the coins.
But the closed the ticket without answering, not really good. Atleast i would an explaination or sorry for the delay statement...
