I was checking my balances and out of no where I got a negative balance.
What's going on?

Yeah a few people have including myself, seems to fix itself after a few hours when the site refunds you some btc or whatever coin it is. Mine took about 3 hours.

Also the website didn't refund me for a canceled order. Does it take a few days to get your coins back?

several days ago they had some technical problems, two of my order lost, but after ask support all was resolved during  the day.

As for me, now all looks good there.

Just submit support ticket and describe your problem detailed, including your cryptsy deposit address etc

Depends on your luck , there are people who experienced problems for more than a week.

Try using the new audit feature on the balance page should work it out. If not then its possible at some point you were allowed to overbuy or oversell a coin reviewing your trade history will usually show you if that was the case.

It seems like the balance audit double dinged me! In my case, looking at my trade history, I seem to have over sold 100 coins I shouldn't have had. The audit gave me a -100 balance to fix this but also took back the bitcoin I received from the sell. So I got charged back from both ends of the transaction. It easily fixable by just making my -100 balance zero. Made a support ticket, will see what happens.
