If I were you, you should not spend all your ETH in buying a token. You should invest some of your ETH. But be careful also in buying or investing your ETH. You should not listen to an advise.

Do not use all you Eth in buying only 1 ICO, its better if you will put it up in buying more than one to be sure that even if you loose in one, you still have the others to back up your investments.

Not right now,market is unhealthy and a kot of investor afraid to risk theur money whithout high assurance. More Real project ICO got success on getting the caps but unfortunately after listing even in a good exchange the price still not be able to equal at ICO price. Don't bother. ICOs are risky and even if it's a good project, I think it's still best to just play say and hold onto your ETH. I read somewhere in this forum thst ETH may rise this year and that means you can profit from it by just hodling it.
ICOs are only profitable imo if you spend it on presales with their huge bonus offers. You'll have to thoroughly check if the project is legit tho. Don't be fooled by their false promises. Most ICO ends up only with a high price at the beggining of lisiting then nothing from then on.
