But that is not enough, if you want help i need more information:

Did you sell and buy it yourself?

How much BTC do you have on you account?

How much is your account worth?

what was the first error code?

How much did you sell?

what was the code after that then?

please answer every question if you want serious help.

No i am not working for Bter, they scammed me too. I figured out the method to unlock the account bug with a trick.
They made me loosing 0,6 BTC.

Ok thx for answering Questions. Important is how much worth your account is, and how much it will
potentially cost to release the funds but my method.

So based on your info so far.
error code:WDC-2112--298--0.9257
error code:WDC-2112--298--0.9089 (selled 100 WDC)

You must approximatly trade 168x 100 Wdc to yourself for releasing the funds.
Better Trade 17x 1000 WDC to yourself, so its faster.
1000 Wdc are approx 0,66 BTC, so you have enough BTC on your account, but you need also 1000 WDC for the trading.
The overall fees for this task might be ~0,23 BTC (based on 11,22 BTC trading Volume)
If you your account is really only 1 BTC worth then you proapbly loose ~23%.
Anway your Issue is damn smaller then mine was. So you are lucky (i must trade over 1,2 Mio Zet=63 BTC, several hours trading)

Ok, I woke up and found that it was resolved by Bter taking my 298.0x WDC coins.
I was able to withdraw and no more errors. Got my BTC back. Yay!
I am not sure I really owe them or not. They believe that I got extra coins during the trade.
I think this might have happened when I did LTC/WDC direct trade instead of going through straight BTC trade. But again, I don't recall any extra amount popping up during the trade.

Wow what a journey...Bter, fix the system! this was really waste of my time.

I was able to withdraw and no more errors. Got my BTC back. Yay!

THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! You don't know if you owe them or not? Best case scenario (give them benefit of the doubt): their trading system is messed up, and YOU have to pay the price. They don't make the correction until it matters--all the crypto prices go up. I apparently will be fine and dandy if I pay them 1300 ltc! Are you serious? They have scammed me of about $5000 USD. Look up what scam artists do. They build your trust just enough before taking you when it matters the most.

I don't believe there was an error in their trading system.  I would have noticed 1300 LTC extra in my account even a long time ago.  It really is a moot point. They are perfectly ok with STEALING money from you. Hold your funds hostage until you pay the ransom. Do not deal with these mother f(*#@.

Just looked at my account... all of my funds have been cleared... they literally just STOLE the money from me and zeroed out my account... What I had left is 28000 YAC and 41 LTC.  I started off yesterday, before all the trading debauchery to get around THEIR 'alleged' error, with 74000 YAC and 32 LTC.

One gets lucky, two must pay. It is fact they have a Database error like Cryptsy where some people
could withdraw more coins than they actually have. But they wont tell you. They try to escape the situation by just scamming the usual customer.

I must recommend to not use them again, and withdraw all what you can.

Not answering your simple questions?  You little stuck-up low-life.  I lost tons of money following your advice.  I transferred more coins from Cryptsy to BTER to try to buy and sell to myself.  Dont listen to X68N... he is uneducated. I would have lost all my money and wasted more time buying and selling due to the fees. I don't need you to perform simple math for me you piece of crap.  I would have just lost all my money in fees and would have lost even MORE time on top of it.

For the educated... do not transfer more coins to BTER.  Transfer everything out of BTER.  They will do it again.  The little scam artist cowards will not learn.

Bter had a Database fuckup where some people could withdraw more than they have(exploiting the funds of other people)!
This means: in the sum there are coins missing on their servers. The result is other clients  have the negative balances.

So please stop talking emotional shit and stay by the facts.
You are just lying or did something serious wrong.
I told from the start how my soloution works, and what the loss is (~20%).
The other option was trust the Bter support - what you did = Loss 50%.
So this means for an "educated"* person like you, my soloution was worse than trusting Bter. Mmmh simple math, sounds legit  
Also attacking the only person which had a soloution seems very clever.
