folks, im disappointed. therefor i leave this community... i have better things to do than beeing ignored. since everything is slow in my academic-world i have to wait till egea-president and marketing-advisor meets me, but i definitely made my work for eac did you?... whatever... do whatever you like. i warned you... twitter is not a eac-friendly-environment and that will be payed in low numbers... GJ! i put a lot of money in here although im a student... and a lot of efforts. see you... soon.
The only truth is that the most profitable and popular get the most unserious coins last time. Doge and 42, both got expensive as hell but WHY my god, WHY? Yes, community, but the community is nothing in comparison with real business. 42 probably even no community, just stupid idea that if you move decimal point a bit left, the crapcoin will get more valuable. And that if you bribe craptsy to be announced at launch the people will buy it. Blah. Doge - the same but opposite - give people millions of something and they will consider it to be cheap and user-friendly. No matter how "fair" was the distribution and how quickly will this coin die after some months when the mining profitability will go to 0. Then there are loads of crapcoins which only create smoke-barriere to let potentially valuable coins to die with them and scare off the buyers. And then there are some potential coins which are not valuable as they should be, because hype-coins are beating them even if the competitive hype-coins are pure pump, dump, forget scene actors. At least we can say one positive about EAC - its stabilized and doesnt suffer from any childish illness or total disqualifiyng stupidity like competiting crapcoins. The hashrate is stable over 2 Ghashes, price stabilized a a bit above 200 satoshis, mining is medium profitable, speculative mining probably a bit more (mining for not instant selling). Devs, now its all about you, you have 2 choices: 1) keep dumping the coin by melting your premined amount hiddenly when price goes over your minimum acceptable price (seems to be 200) 2) keep kicking your ass and continue with development, business, promotion, community building (...) The people will follow, EAC wins many polls but the buypower still disappears in a blackhole or just never appears. And why EAC wins so many polls? One thing - logic. Read my post here - there are all disqualifying criteria how to recognize a crapcoin easy https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=400956.msg4424424#msg4424424Yeah and dont forget, the war doesnt win the better one or wiser one, but the stronger one. Romans lost against barbarians. Germany lost against Soviets.

i'm pissed because a few self-named "twitter-prophecies" raise their voices and talk crap about eac just to make a mark. or to help others? i dont know. what i know is that all the conviction and credo you have for earthcoin HAS TO FLOW into social media. if you let them talk. its fast over... i know I'm beeing ignored constantly, but this is important.
I think increasing EAC's twitter presence is a good idea. Beyond re-tweeting I'm not quite sure how though. Have you thought about starting a thread in the Earth Coin Forum, maybe people will be able to come up with some ideas?

Out of curiosity, how many people here are not holding coins? If anyone here is dumping them, you should STRONGLY consider stopping. I'm starting to wonder who's actually immediately dumping them, especially considering that they're not at profitable levels at the moment. We might need a quick lesson in supply and demand here. Edit: Read this thread - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=414515.0

I know pool adverts are bad, but this one has had under 86% in the last 7 days (the number under blocks found...) basically means you got 17% more EAC on this pool than on a pool that was 100% effective and efficient

Even the most ambitious teams can't prevent the downfall of a coin once it hits Cryptsy. EAC is no different. If the ROI is satisfying, sell. Don't hold. Autosell will eventually kill the coin as it did with LOT. a day on cryptsy, and some have already given their final judgment on the death of this coin

See LOT (Lottocoin) cryptsy chart. EAC is following the same trend. Perhaps you find it ridiculous, I don't. Maybe in one week you'll reconsider your judgment LOT was a pump and dump shitcoin from the beginning. Do you really think it would have a future had it not hit Cryptsy? Also, look at the LOT buy orders on Cryptsy - 15. No one wants it. Now look at the hundreds of EAC buy orders.

Children, children, I told you yesterday we would go right back to 2/10 of a penny. This is the rate of absorption of the money supply at roughly $34,000 USD per day. Magnificent if you ask me. EarthCoin should stay around this price for about one year. At that time of 7 billion coins it will be worth a market cap of 14 Million to 20 million dollars. As long as the base has widened to hundreds of thousands of people, when the money supply creation is halved there will be a huge adoptability spike.
So If you wish EarthCoin to exist and be something other people must know about its benefits and abilities. It is that simple. I would not expect any price rise on the coin for quite some time. It is simple math. Manage your expectations accordingly and you will be very happy in the end.

well I am dead on so far right? I predicted sub 200 tonite or tomorrow, we are now at 193 and still falling. Trust me when I say we WILL be at 170 by thursday if not sooner and then 150 one week from now. There is just no buy support at all. Everyone is dumping because it took too long to get on cryptsy and people moved on and lost interest. This coin will stbalize around 120 and hold there. I am glad I finally pulled the trigger aand dumped all mine between 210-250. It hurt because I thought we would get a spike from cryptsy, that never happened. When I saw this morning noone was buying and there is no enthusiasm, I knew we were in trouble. Good luck to you longs, keep holding!

I was an early adopter of EAC when it first started at 400. I am losing a lot right now currently but I'm hoping for the best in the future.

Here is where eac and its community went wrong, people here didn't want it on cryptsy right away. Example, 42 coin launched and within a few days it is on cryptsy and value has risen 50X. That is what you do if you care about maximizing profits. Noone at 42 coin has a problem talking about miners selling for profit. The coin was designed to make money, not buy carrots. Too bad people here were more interested in bashing miners like myself for wanting to profit, and swearing, talking about walking on my dick, they said go to hell, good riddance, etc etc etc!!! Serves you guys right, if you had concerned yourselves with what was right for the coin and that was get it on cryptsy asap, but no, you didn't want that and now you have a coin dropping in value everyday. I am glad I was smart enough to liquidate and move on to profitable coins. Guess what, all the other coins think value going up is good and price dropping is bad. Here people said I had the mentality of a 16 year old for thinking price dropping is bad and price going up is good. Karma is a bitch. Seems stupid to make an enemy of the people who mine these coins and support them, without miners no coin would survive. Peace out.
