Before, i was really into an ICO and never got the chance to sell my tokens or coins neither do i panic to sell, it never happens to me because i always believe what i invest is worth it in the future but now i just wait for the exchange because people are dumpers these day's. I can get more profit from the dumper's.

Well that would be a common thing when it comes to a "newcoin" . All of it happens because bounty hunter dumping their coins even cheaper than ICO's price. Investor shouldn't be panic at all, as they are investing for long time not only for a while after ICO finishes, and the price will actually bounce back after most of bounty hunters already dump their coins.

Those who sell at below ICO price will definetly loose because they sold immediately their token. But if you think that the token is not really a longterm to last maybe I will panic also because for sure I will loose money if I buy on ICO.

One of the reason why you invest to it is because you trust them so why panic if you give a trust to it ? Hence it is normal nowadays to see a coin/token that dump too much and so far from the ICO price but soon it will pump again .

Panic is unacceptable behavior in this industry. If someone panics, or is prone to panic, I recommend just buying bitcoin and wait five years, doing completely different things. Yes if we already sell it very low and looking after a few months the price rise higher will certainly regret. Look at the condition of the coin and do an analysis of the growth that's very important. Because after the distribution of the coins will occur a price reduction because of all the holders of the coin will sell it, they fear if the coin will be cheaper again selling price.

There is nothing to panic. We have endured them last year. Panic for this market is harmful both to advertizing of investors, and to bitcoins. Therefore we have to avoid the panic auction and to be quieter.
