Wahoo, formatting on DOC Exchange is almost complete: Got some stats for you earthcoin lovers:

Average Sell: (EAC per BTC)       ~      Average Buy: (BTC per EAC)
0.000077571428571                       ~      0.00000019125

Sorry about the rounding... these are taken from the DOC Exchange and I have not figured out the cell options yet.

Community still has a way to go to bring in these orders to match but its cool to watch.

lol this is exactly what I have been saying.

no one wants to sell their EAC early @ 1.5x current mining income. that's ridic. ill take 100x current mining income or hold. I am a nub.

so is everyone else apparently, as are all the buyers.

everyone wants to get instant rich, no one understand or accepts that.

Sounds about right. It's even less than the values I predicted. However, this is in no way set in stone. Future demands and mining supply situations will drive the price up.

Well, I did manage to get a few dollars out of the good deals so Smiley

Haha yeh, it is nowhere near stable yet tho, the doc exchange is neat in theory but lacking in concept as it only takes one douche to stuff it up for everyone.  Myself, Adam9317 & Krauterz have made it look nice and functional but we will see in the long run. Those rates have changed to this:

Average Sell Offer BTC per EAC:       Average Buy Offer BTC per EAC:
0.000077571428571                       0.000000226

In only 5min... so we are nowhere near stable yet... hopefully cryptsy will pick this coin up but until then the doc exchange it is.

why is everyone asking for 1M EAC?

no one has 1M EAC other than devs. maybe like 5 miners have gotten this much , and believe me they will be hoarding it. they are building large positions in new coins, just like all you buyers are trying to do.

so I would guess there are only a few million EAC up for grabs total.

there is already more demand than coins Wink bodes well for us who have some and aren't selling it.

mine is up for sale, 200k EAC / 7 BTC.

in a few weeks a bunch of you will wish you had bought it from me.

I have one one for you, sir. Brilliant.

I don't get it. wats a one one? do u have 1 million EAC? if so im helly jelly bro. keep it forever this coin is going to exchange for sure. its named good and has 1000 MH on network right now.

gg lowballers.

exchanges look down upon massively pre-mined scamcoins like EAC  Roll Eyes

maybe they do, Im new I don't know but I understand market dynamics pretty well. im learning fast.

it would appear that despite your opinions coins with similar premines have been successfully launched. furthermore, imo, this bias towards non-premined coins is a byproduct of an immature and greedy market (immature as in new, not childish)

if you started a company with 0$, who would invest, and at what valuation?

if you started a company with $1M , who would invest, and at what valuation?

there is a missing dynamic people are failing to understand. properly managed premines should be the norm, but instead coins are generally trying to avoid the premine accusations by pretending to fair release and then instamining with the heavy hitters. the reality is that despite what anyone might want to argue, a properly managed premine is actually the strongest way to launch a coin.

im not suggesting there are or will be any properly managed premines, just that fundamentally it should actually *increase* the value of the coin and the faith in its future development, not hold it back. its just that everyone assumes any premine will be dumped at market the second a bag full of money is presented to the devs.

this is probably actually true and so therefore the current market dynamic is aligned with this philosophy, but it also prevents anyone from proving the naysayers wrong.

personally I would premine heavily any coin I would theoretically launch. there is no other way to guarantee the ability to develop it.

its like everyone expects devs to dev a coin for free, support it for free, get it listed for free and then miners get rich while they have nothing. that's ridiculous.

You're right.  Lets face it.  This isn't the most business savvy community despite the fact we're dealing with real money.  But from a human standpoint yelling scam and sabotaging exchange spreadsheets is pretty immature even in the child sense and I'm sure it scares off a lot of people with large sums of money.  I get that people are emotional and maybe some are trying to help but:
1) Show a little more humility.  Not just here but in general.  If you're a scam yellers and its normal for you to act like this in real life chances are people think you're an asshole.
2) Speak with your money, not with your mouths.  For the most part trading cryptocurrencies is zero sum meaning your profit is dependent on your savvy relative to others.  Take advantage of the resulting lower mining difficulty of other coins or buy "scamcoins" and sell later at a profit.  And I cannot buy the fact that the people who yell scam are too morally upstanding to profit from what they see as a scam.

Not like Doge, EAC is harder to mine. It will become harder and harder. Therefore, there will be no big amount of coins available on exchanges to sell when it is listed

I think that 0.00000179 BTC /  1EAC is still cheap (more expensive than Doge  Tongue but much cheaper than any coin). However, let the market decide which price is right.

EAC is more attractive than Litecoin, Doge, Quark, GlobalCoin, GalaxyCoin ... It has some features that I can find in Diamond (DMD), the coin I love  Cheesy
