I'd like to get a MPOS pool frontend up for this but......I need a little insight for the catcoin.conf addnodes, etc.

/catcoin/src/catcoind getinfo
{

    "protocolversion" : 70002,
    "walletversion" : 60000,
    "balance" : 0.00000000,
    "blocks" : 0,
    "timeoffset" : 0,
    "connections" : 0,
    "proxy" : "",

    "testnet" : false,

    "paytxfee" : 0.00000000,

He's working on getting the pool up right now, but you still wont be able to mine until 23:00, as per OP on this thread.

What do you think ist more efficient? Solomining or pool while the difficult is low?

Solo mining could be effective for a while if you get in early enough, but quickly afterwards it's mostly work pool mining.

FYI im building a pool - info should be up in 1-2 hours.

Its going to be setup under Phoenixcoin initially (to get the workers and registrations sorted out), and then will switch to Catcoin as soon as it launches!

I would prefer to mine on my own pool.

Use cloud servers mate http://dogecoin.ga/catcoin_mining_cloud_servers.htm
24 CPUs x 5 droplets = 1mhash/s

Costs:
24 CPUs = $1.429per hour
24 CPUs x 5 droplets = $1.429 x 5 = $7.145per hour = 1mhash/s

doesn't look fairly profitable there, might as well purchase the coins off the exchanges?
