Looking to buy an apartment using altcoin

One of my online friend bought apartment with Bitcoin last year. You just need to find someone who accepts crypto for their real estate.

But when you buy a house, you need to have a clear contract and papers. I don't think the law can accept buying houses with bitcoin or altcoin, at least in my country

I am not aware of any places offering to buy real land but I know there are some coins like Decentraland where you can buy your own place in a virtual world using the currency. I believe there are some projects which let's you invest in real estate I just don't remember them.

There are already some projects existing that are offering real estate in exchange for crypto currencies. Look at Agent Not Needed project, because they are moving in this direction. Also you can pay your attention to the Global REIT project.

I do not think there is any country that has formally approved of that, but there are individuals and organizations that accept coins for the purchase of any physical asset. You just have to be careful so as not to get scammed.
We might see some of them coming up soon, but i think they are waiting for regulations to be integrated into the crypto space, which will give them some level of control.

I think it is going to be hard to find a real estate right now in exchange for crypto. I also believe that you should wait till the prices are going to recover, because it does not make any sense to sell your crypto now.

When there's a deal between individual even if that person paying with leaf everything can be cleared up and still be approved by the government if the documents are there and they are not breaking any law.
It's a common sense that the payment method is up to the individual who made the transaction not limited by the government.

I don't think that you can buy an appartment using exactly altcoin, but I heard that Japan and few more countries can sell you real estate for ETH or BTC.

It is very possible to buy an apartment with bitcoin but on one condition, if the buyer uses bitcoin.
Only those who uses bitcoin knows its real worth and can believe in it for such trade.
Some countries like China can respond well to that. But not in this part of the world here. Very few would accept that.

In order to buy an apartment using altcoins, this purchase in the country must be legal, if this is not the case, then it will be impossible to do so. Although in our time, everything is changing.

I don't know any country which will accept crypto as a payment. You can transfer your crypto in fiat money and pay for them. Or wait when it will be absolutely legit but I don't think that it will be in this year.

This is more reason we need coins with real use cases, where we will be able to make purchases, not only with bitcoin, but also some other coins that have the tendency of mass adoption.
Also, we might see this coming into reality or see  more of it happen, when the space is regulated, but even if regulation does not occur, it can still happen.

That's one of the reasons why crypto is not yet dependable because none of the real estate projects has ever make a successful end or close to what they said they will do and they are many of them out there and still yet no record yet of any of them start selling properties with their coin. I have not heard of anyone using altcoin as a transaction tool to buy land or settlements. Maybe in some countries it can apply but it's only a small part. I think it's better for altcoins to be used only in crypto and crypto transactions only. I think it's safer. Hopefully you find a country that uses altcoin in real-world transactions.

I don't know about any established crypto-oriented platforms where you can do this right now but there are some ICO projects
currently with plans to offer real estate investment. You can look up Brickblock, Wealth Migrate and Alt Estate. They are upcoming cryptos centred around real estate business

Wow.. This is nice. I have actually been looking for such projects that centers on real estate investments. Can I still get into nay of these projects you mentioned or are they out of business also? Most projects gave a pause because of the market conditions.
