How do you guys feel about
$5000 in XRP
$5000 in WAVES
Hodling for long term returns
Investing in ripple which has price has not reached $1 after those pumping is not good idea as your money will be trap on them and waiting will take too long. Find other good project that will give you a good profits. |

I recommend you always hold 50% in BTC.
Altcoins something like this:
- ETH (15%) - recommend
- LTC (15%) - recommend
- TRX (20%) - good project with strong marketing.
Long term invest is more safety like short.

If you dont believe to ripple then i know your reason but how can you dont believe to waves? I know waves is very slow and its slower then Neo and also etherium but for many people, waves is still goodchoice for long term. But my opinion maybe not suitable to yours. |

If you dont believe to ripple then i know your reason but how can you dont believe to waves? I know waves is very slow and its slower then Neo and also etherium but for many people, waves is still goodchoice for long term. But my opinion maybe not suitable to yours. i think everything is good, and we are looking for the right time to buy and sell. the right time will maximize the profit, but for that it is not easy, but the key to self-discipline |

Besides, I support what Poink said because what's the purpose of coins ones invested for a longtime abd didn't yield much or better result. The OP investing such huge amount into Waves and XRP for a long term while there potential coins and ICO like MozoCoin is a waste of time and money. |

I'll look and focus on bitcoin more. I recommend you always hold 50% in BTC.
Still a good idea if you don't want to hold bitcoin only and you want to diversify, just don't forget bitcoin. |

I think ripple is just a waste of time and waste of money. I don't believe it can be successful. I think you should diversify your portfolio, because it is so simple. In my opinion, having some ethereum litecoin and neo would be nice. |

I think you should diversify the altcoin that you are holding if you want to be profitable. Ripple is one of the great capcoin market capitals, it ranks 3rd coinmarketcap, it has the advantage that many banks in the world use in trading. However, the ripple is managed by the company. You will not know when the ripple will increase, when will decrease. So investing in ripples is risky. |

i think if you want to invest in ripple, then it is really a good choice, ripple has huge potential to be used in the future. however, you should not invest in Waves, its platform is not good for investors, when the ICOs were dumpped evereytime, it would be better if you invest in other altcoins like NEO or ADA.

I think spreading it into 5-6 coins will be a better option. WAVES is a really good coin to invest along with NEO, SYSCoin, XRP, and EOS. |

If I were you, my choice will be different. first of all, I would give up the idea to invest in Ripple. Secondly, I will choose the other alts like Ontology, NEO, TRON. |

In my own suggestion, I think waves is a very good coin to have and hold for long term and be sure of earning reasonable profit but for ripple, I am not so sure of the potential because it take a lot of time before the coin rise and this doesn't look good so, I think instead of investing $5000 in ripple, why not invest $2000 and the remaining $3000 in NEO because this coin has more promising potentials than ripple.

I think better to split more. The cryptocurrencies are many. Some of them are really good, you can add one or more coins than go with only those two coins. It's a way that I think kind of safely to do. However, if you believe that with those two is enough, just go with it. Those two also have some potentials.

i think you can split it into 3 coins,, but without ripple mate waves, eos and ethereum is the right choice, waves 30%, eos 30% and ethereum 40% |

I think there's many good quality altcoins that you can invest on your money that will give you profits not only in long term but also in short term. I heard some negative about XRP which I think it's not good to gamble your money. Research on your own and invest at your own risk. If your not sure then invest only in little amount and observe how it works. |
