I think twitter can not do the same even if they want to. Users can only advertise bitcoin but twitter as a whole I think is impossible. Twitter supports strong blockchain. I don't understand your posts. You seem to be sure that twitter supports strong blockchain, in the meantime twitter's network does not rely on blockchain. There are millions of twitter posts regarding on blockchain technology, if that is what you mean, then be sure to be clear. It's going to be huge if they announced that they are going to come out one, and it will give support to bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general but so far these are just study and no concrete plan to create one, but I guess they are thinking in advance in case massive adoption and cryptocurrency full mainstream.

Large social media such as Facebook and Twitter are very possible to explore blockchain technology for their platforms, it is not even difficult for them to create their crypto currency,
