我今天收到了C网的回复，看这个邮件内容应该是批量回复，不是具体针对我的问题而回复的，貌似只要有用户给C网发邮件反应账户资产为负的问题，都会收到这样一封系统自动回复的邮件，基本上解决不了实际问题。
我把邮件内容贴在这里，有兴趣的可以看一下。

If you do not there is no need to reply this ticket will close on its own. If you still have a problem reply and we will work on getting to each and every one as soon as possible. If you have a new problem do not reply to old tickets make sure they go into the correct category so agents working different categories can get to you as soon as possible.
*First if you received an email and did not ever have a negative balance than have no fear the support desk we use sent a mass mail to 20,000 of our customers in error. I apologize for alarming you and there is no need to worry.
**If you traded during the recent high latency you may have been able to overbuy or oversell a currency if that is the case you need to settle your balance by selling or buying the coin you were negative. You can review your trade history and more than likely you clicked on the sell or buy more than once during the lag causing the issue. This should no longer be able to occur to you in the future.
**The most common reason for a negative balance is from a coin that had a fork or a hard fork from a developer. Essentially you deposited coins that you proceeded to sell that no longer exist in the block chain. You should verify with that coin community and coin explorers to see if this was the case.

啰嗦了一大堆，就说了账户资产为负的两种可能原因：
一是超卖，我的情况不属于这一类，没有超卖；
二是硬币块链分叉，卖掉了本不存在的硬币，建议去该硬币的论坛求助，或者用区块浏览器查看。
如果是第二种原因，块链分叉怎么会影响到平台交易系统呢？我又不是JKC的作者，它分叉了，我能怎么办呢？况且JKC也没有论坛，作者现在也基本不管不顾了，任其自生自灭。
现在才发现，在老外的网站玩，真是有一定风险的，出了问题你都不知道该找谁。
