Hello Faneagle, you are currently playing on the 10 free credits which unless you win a tournament, sitngo, or play the allotted time to release the bonus, you cannot withdraw.  The free credits are not put in place to play 15 minutes and then withdraw.  They are to give you an experience of the website and if you win and meet the requirements they are free to withdraw anytime.

The many players that have deposited real bitcoin and litecoin can withdraw right away their deposits and winnings but the bonus has restrictions to prevent the abuse we deal with on a daily basis.  Thank you for playing with us.

betcoinsports, i would like to get my bonus and winning back to my account total (15.30 credits) to my poker account , i would write email to support and i did but i'm not sure if my email is activated because i didn't receive activation code to my email. please help.

edit: support replied to my mail but i dont have my credits back into my account yet.

The reason you are getting this error is because the casino is not fully functional, but will be hopefully by Tuesday.  We purposely do not want deposits made directly to the casino for this reason, however you can play for fun.  We explained that very clearly in the initial press release, our blog and in the bitcoin talk forum.  Hence the reason why this is the first time we are hearing about this issue, but we have been well aware of it.  Thank you Bobcat.
