Discussions are proceeding as to the depth and extent of their participation. Clearly, a pre-commitment by a VC firm will have an impact on the token sale.
As a result, we believe this decision is in the best interests of all our stakeholders, contributors, and early adopters who have shown their unwavering support for our mission.

The voucher tokens will be redeemable for fully programmed tokens that will be spendable on the Envilope platform as soon as the blockchain integrations are complete.
Voucher tokens will be identified as LOK. These voucher tokens do not have any complex smart contract functions and will only act as redeemable vouchers.
LOK voucher tokens will be accepted at a 1-to-1 exchange rate for LOCK tokens on the Envilope website soon after the Token Sale is completed.
The purpose of using a voucher token is to allow time for developers to code the smart contract, integrate with the existing Envilope system, perform adequate testing and acquiretrusted third-partyauditorsto review code prior to release. Since the Envilope team values the trust of their current, new, and future clients, they do not want to risk the security that they are known for by rushing blockchain integrations to market without performing thorough due diligence.

In terms of access rights options, something like that, but storing your files just like in Google Drive will be an additional feature. First of all, this is a virtual envelope in which you can lock emails, digital files, or secure messages containing text, images, audio, video - anything that can be sent online, in which you can completely control the information even after sending.

And when will you plan to release MVP?

I believe Q4 2018, when it will be alpha launch.

Can you kinda clarify what does it mean "66% of the tokens to power the Envilope ecosystem"? How exact you plan to use them?

These tokens will be used to perform all operations within ecosystem (subscriptions, sending Envilopes, notifications, BlockStamping, rewards and much more).

The Envilope ecosystem will be totally powered by the LOCK token, there is no other way to use the Envilope system. For example, there will be a LOCK price associated with the sending of all Virtual Envilopes, which depends on the size of the data transferred, the stamp selected to address the Virtual Envilope, and other optional items such as receiving SMS text notifications. Users can BlockStamp their Envilopes so each and every interaction is recorded on the Ethereum Blockchain. This BlockStamping will require LOCK to be spent in the system. The Envilope subscription model operates on a per user per month model right up to enterprise level pricing. All subscriptions will be paid for in LOCK. LOCK can also be accumulated by Envilope system users. Users automatically mine LOCK by using the system: every time an Envilope is sent, upon its opening, the recipient becomes an Envilope user, and the sender will be rewarded with a small amount of LOCK. If the recipient subsequently becomes a paying user, the sender will receive a greater LOCK reward. The more paid users are introduced, the more LOCK is accumulated.

Users have the option to send and receive content through the Envilope app and website or via email, social media, memory stick etc., via .nve file, which has no discernible payload other than an encrypted string that acts as an identifier of a specific Envilope when opened by the app.
