Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Don't worry guys the whale and dudes who bought at 5000 on cryptsy won't let this coin die lol.

This is only just starting. Many hundres of BC spent on MOON, it's not going anywhere except UP! Why esle would it be on Cryptsy??? Not to crash and burn!

If you think it will go up you are dreaming. Whales got out @ 5-6 and at 15 this morning.

Maybe later who knows. But now there are 300+ BTC of mooncoin waiting to be dumped. GL.
