Been mining at 10 M/hash (4 r9 280x's) and it only shows 23 coins unconfirmed. Is this normal?/

k seems to be fine. There's just a delay 30-60 mins, as they have announced on their site. no confirms yet though, but unconfirms are coming much better now.
