Edit meint: Wir sollten dafür ein eigenes Thema aufmachen.
Mir scheint das ganze Feld schon wieder derart unübersichtlich, sodass es reiner Zufall ist, dort den richtigen Pick zu machen.

Bin heute über einen etwas kritischeren Artikel von Anthony Back zum Thema STO gestolpert und wollte diese hier teilen.
Ich habe ihn noch nicht komplett gelesen, werde das aber in einer ruhigen Minute nachholen, hat sich sehr interessant angelesen.

I’m calling BS on all of it. Well, most of it, for now, anyway.

To be clear, I’m not anti STOs. I understand they could one day open up new untapped investment pools, bring more liquidity to the economy, make capital raising easier, faster and cheaper, and provide retail investors access to a new investment class.

That’s all great stuff, but people in the crypto community are running around acting like STOs are a workable, feasible and practical option today. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Hidden in plain sight are major structural challenges which put the viability of STOs and the benefits they are said to provide into serious question. Get ready because in 2019 this delusionary STO hype is going to be met by a cold, hard, and highly regulated reality.

Wirklich ein sehr schöner Schlusssatz. 
Ich habe echt manchmal den Eindruck, dass der nächste Hype herbeigeredet werden soll. Wenn STOs die neuen ICOs sind, dann heißt das doch, dass das System auch nur 1 Jahr funktionieren wird. Dann muss wieder was neues her.

TEND sollte ja auch ein security Token sein:

2.  TND tokens are freely tradable on crypto exchanges where the  TND token will be listed later on
3. TND tokens do not confer any voting rights towards the company
4.  TND token holders may receive an annual dividend per respective  TND token
5.  The TND token holders will have further, related rights as holders  of a participation certificate under Swiss corporate law

Bin von Anfang an mit ca. 4,7k Token dabei. Bisher Auszahlung von 0,069 ETH aktuell gesamt.
Nicht so viel, aber immerhin kommen regelmäßig paar ETH-Krümel herein.

aktuell hat sich die deutsche Bafin Gedanken zu Security Token gemacht.

Security Token als eigene Gattung von Wertpapieren

Die BaFin stellt fest, dass Token – als digitalisierte Form von Vermögenswerten – als eine eigene Wertpapiergattung betrachtet werden müssen. Dies gelte auch, wenn es sich bei dem tokenisierten Finanzinstrument um eine Vermögensanlage handelt.

    Wird ein Finanzinstrument, das inhaltlich zwar als Vermögensanlage nach § 1 Absatz 2 VermAnlG [Vermögensanlagengesetz] ausgestaltet beziehungsweise bezeichnet ist, in Form eines frei übertragbaren und handelbaren Tokens […] digitalisiert, handelt es sich im Ergebnis nicht um eine Vermögensanlage im Sinne des VermAnlG, sondern um ein Wertpapier […] Dies zumindest dann, wenn das Instrument aktienähnliche beziehungsweise mitgliedschaftliche Rechte oder ein vermögensmäßiges Recht schuldrechtlicher Natur beinhaltet.

Kann man PCL überhaupt noch als Security Tokens sehen? Da wurde auch des öfteren etwas geändert und war da nicht auch etwas mit max. bis zu 3 Jahren?

Mir ist gerade aufgefallen: Polymath + IOHK aka Cardano bauen Polymesh und holen $POLY so von Ethereum weg.

Poly also bei Cardano, Swarm bei Tron, Smartlands auf Stellar, Neufund noch bei Ehereum, Own macht was eigenes.
