Please pay those whom bet on Brisbane Broncos, in your rules it states you pay for extra time but you did not.
please correct this, I have contacted you twice through your "contact us" with no reply so far.

the match went into extra time, yet you say it was a draw. It was not a draw, Brisbane won by 2 points.
do you just make up the rules as you go?
and also I only got a refund when I shouldve got the amount for winning.
this is all very shady.

The rule that you are quoting is for 'Tournament points' and 'Tournament tries' bets. These bets are on how many points / tries will be scored during the tournament. Your bet on the other hand was on a 3 way Match Odds of a particular game. It is not subject to the rule you were quoting. When you placed this bet you had 3 selections to chose from, Wigan, Brisbane or Draw. You selected "Brisbane" but the winning selection was "Draw" and therefore your bet did not win. Extra time is not included in a 3 way Match Odds bets as was indicated by the presence of the Draw selection. If you're looking for a Match Odds bet that includes extra time, look for a bet called "Match Odds - Golden Point" where a draw is not an option. As an example, take a look at this bet : St Helens v South SydneyYou will see that there are two types of Match Odds bets, one that includes extra time ("Golden Point") and one that does not. We understand you were confused by this and as a courtesy we refunded your bet while also adding a specific note to the rules. |

This bet had a 'Draw' option and so it was self explanatory that it refers to Regular Time only because it is not technically possible for the game to end in a draw after overtime. For the avoidance of doubt, we added a note on that to our Rules. |

Why are not Oscar bets eligible for Toto - Parlay? I wanted to parlay 5-6 categories to make watching the Oscar ceremony more interesting, but DirectDice doesn't allow that. Big mistake IMHO. |

Special bets and bets on the same event can not be parlayed due to potential correlation. We can not look into each individual bet to determine if there is a correlation and therefore there is a global restriction where you can only parlay one bet from each game \ match or horse race. You can also parlay multiple Direct Dice and All-In Poker bets without restrictions. |

You can also parlay multiple Direct Dice and All-In Poker bets without restrictions. Individual Oscar prizes are separate events, what correlation can there possibly be between them? It's like betting on separate games within the same season in some league. Odds on individual movies are too small for betting on them except in parlays. Please reconsider this decision since there is still plenty of time to place bets if you allow us to parlay. |

Individual Oscar prizes are separate events, what correlation can there possibly be between them?
For example, there is a direct correlation between the Best Picture and Director awards. Usually, the film voted Best Picture has been directed by the person named as Best Director. So if you parlay Best Picture with Best Director, you gain an extra advantage and essentially get bettor odds for both bets. |
