you should somehow automate the VIP rewards. One of bitcoins (and Directbets) main features is anonymity. Why do I have to send an e-mail to claim a reward? If I reach the highest tier I have to send 11 e-mails in a single month to your service! It should be possible to add an option to pay for a freebet with loyalty points on the website directly without having to contact you. For example a link on the VIP rewards page: http://directbet.eu/VIP.cshtmlthat says something like "You have reached your 20,000 Milestone for March. Claim your Freebet now!" and then redirects you to a betslip, which is automatically placed with a 50 mBTC stake. |

Thanks for your suggestion. There are some challenges in automating the VIP rewards in the way that you suggest because unlike a typical Sportsbook, there are no accounts at DirectBet. If you do not wish to reveal your e-mail address you can alternatively claim your VIP rewards by sending me a private message here on Bitcointalk. We do have clients who do just that. Starting in February we added more milestone rewards in response to clients feedback, but if you prefer you can claim all your rewards at once at the end of each month. You might find it more convenient than claiming each reward separately. |

I enjoy Direct Bet but seriously, fix these bugs:  I selected 1.21 or better, it confirmed at 1.2... yes, okay, only 0.01, but still, if you do this on every bet... EDIT: Looks like the football/soccer gods punished you, as soon as I posted this Kuban scored & the bet is won  |

That's not really a bug. It works as we designed it to. Please allow me to explain :What you see on the left is the original bet that you ordered, where you asked for odds of 1.21 or better. However, your bet did not confirm at odds of 1.21 and later on you reduced the minimum required odds to 1.2 and your bet was then confirmed at odds of 1.2, meeting your request. In the Bet Status page you see the minimum odds that you requested when you ordered the bet, but not any further changes that you made to it. Had you not changed the minimum required odds to 1.2, your bet would not have confirmed. Your bet will never confirm at odds lower than you ask for.I hope this clarifies. |
