You should send an email to support@directbet.eu and they can add your email back to your bets retroactively. |

If you are using only a single addy you can still use the points earned, but if you use multiple recieving addy you have to bet again and put your email into your bets I think it doesn't depend only on your receiving or sending addresses. The site stores cookies on your system , which lets it know you are an old player on the site. I use different addresses and receiving addresses, and without an email, and still have points added. |

sometimes I have see that when i place a bet (for example under/over), the same bet can not bettable (not loaded) again through your live bet section, but in my personal betting address, it's still accepting already betting!
Why?!?!

If a bet disappears from the LIVE page, it means that it is temporarily unavailable. If your bet transfer was already confirmed, it will stand. If you transferred your bet but it was not yet confirmed, you should refresh the Bet Status page until your bet is either confirmed or rejected. Note that bets that you already sent might still confirm, even if the bet is no longer being offered on our website. After you refresh the Bet Status page it should tell you that betting is suspended for the selection and advise you not to send any more new bets. If your experience was different than what is described above, please e-mail support@directbet.eu with your bet ID and we will look into it. Thanks. |

Once your Toto ~ Parlay bet result is settled as 'Lost', its status is no longer getting updated, so the results of selections on games that have not yet been completed will not update either as they are irrelevant. If for any reason you still want this information displayed, please let us know and we will consider adding it. |

I still think you guys should add some kind of offer like a 6-plus parlay money back as a free bet if one leg of your parlay loses. |
