You have to contact support or PM directbet, they will settle your issue ASAP as long as the problem isn't on your wallet. Can you drop your bet ID here and what wallet you are using ?, |

It's due to the stress test, but we tuned it up and your future bets should be dealt instantly with 0 confirmation as usual. |
