It means that you can not send additional wagers to this bet address at this time because the odds have changed. The reason for that is because you selected the 'Firm Odds' betting option.

Bets that were already confirmed do stand and are not affected by the change in odds.

If you want to send additional bets to the same bet address at various different times, perhaps even in-play, then better select the "Flexible Odds" betting option when you order the bet.
