As far as I'm aware, the prices obtained would have been in line with other Sportsbooks at the time those bets were struck.

directbet cant cancel the duplicated transactions, you can just wait for the memory pool to forget the duplicated one

I have get same problem with you that there is any Unconfirmed Transction or we called it Double Spend with your bet and As DirectBet says "Notice there is a warning in the blockchain for the first transfer. It is conflicted. This means the coins were not deducted from your wallet and therefore this transfer will not confirm in the network and eventually it will be canceled, along with the bet. "
