Wrong, bitcoin is hard to track IMO, they will need too much effort for a single user to track their transaction in a single address

I think if you use wallets which don't ask your personal information to open an account except email id then I don't think any one track you. But at some extent they track bitcoins coming from which wallet but they may not be knowing who owns that account. So you should know how to manage your account for anonymous use.

I have received payment for my parlay win but I look at the payment transaction using fee 0.00007181 BTC
I do not know this fee automatically or manually, I want to give advice to the fee increase 0.00011 BTC
I was worried it would hamper the confirmation, if this is the case we will lose the opportunity for the next bet

It's been my experience that when I send payments from/to a new address they usually wait for a confirmation but when I use one I've used before they basically "trust" that it's legit and do it instantly.
