The odds are bloody horrible compared to other places (Bet365) they keep matches up even though they are in a delay or cancelled.. I messaged them to cancel and bet cause of the horrible odds it put them at even before the match started and their excuse was oh the game started 3 hours later we can't refund it.. I encountered a bug on their website and they didn't want to compensate me even though i bet thousands on their website.. Now I emailed them regarding another bet that was delayed that I requested cancellation.. Horrible customer service.

That's what I have been saying .   I was playing there a lot over the past few weeks because of the convenience and the quick payouts, but the lines in football are nearly 2 points off the vegas spreads.

Also, an example that I have seen frequently, is on first half bets...both sides of the bets are usually -110 or -115.  On directbet, one side is frequently like -140 to -150.    The juice on every game seems astronomical

Can you please "lift" it and add an option so we can choose with what deposit should we get the bonus?
