It is odd but maybe Directbet should have a live support, so people won't need to come here to report such things but having been said that every site faces occasional glitches and errors which causes delays but as far as I am concerned DirectBet is the fastest when it comes to settling of bets. -Be able to double down with totals other than 9, 10, 11

-Be able to hit after splitting AA

-Dealer hits on soft 17

-Choose the number of decks

Other than that it feels pretty fair. Win sometimes and lose sometimes.

Note though that if the dealer hits on soft 17 it is actually against your favor as it increases the house edge.

In our Blackjack, the dealer stands on soft 17, which is to the advantage of the player. As a result, the house edge is extremely low, which is why you can not hit after splitting aces or double down on any two cards.
