Hello everybody! I am very glad that our forum is people who are ready to help and tell everything so that our crypto community becomes stronger. I have such a question. How do you withdraw your profits?
I will explain with an example:
I withdraw my profit like that - I have a MEW wallet, there are tokens, if I need money, I translate them on ETH and then on to Fiat, as necessary. 20-30 $ in 1-2 days. And how do you do it? Do you take the whole amount off the tokens at once, fixing the profit at the pamp? Or, also output in small volumes. I'm curious to know how to do to lose less. Thank you)

it depends on what your long term goals are.
i don't have any faith in any altcoin so i never keep any of them. my goal is to have a lot more bitcoin than i have right now. this means my profit from any trade goes into bitcoin. if i have tokens, altcoins, .... i dump them for bitcoin either directly or if i have to i sell them to ETH and then dump ETH for BTC. in the end only bitcoin rises the most.
and if i needed money i will simply sell a tiny bit of bitcoin to cover it.

I thin you are asking about the tokens that you collect from various ways on the forum. For me, I keep earning the tokens and store them. Now a days fees are gone wild for the GAS in MEW wallet. So its better to collect the tokens if you are getting them from the campaign or something and then go for exchanging with other coins by sending them at an exchanger. This will save up your ETH over the fees by sending at once. After sending to an exchanger you can always wait if think that coin is going to pump otherwise straight away sell it and close the whole thing.  Smiley

If tou believe in your tokens and their projects i suggest to hold for long term for big profits, if you are in need of urgent cash then yes you can cashout at whatever the price you get and at the moment most alts are cheap so you will have to accept the current prices if you want to cashout now.

Thank you)
Why don't you ask this question in the local tread? I think there you can get a more reliable answer which applies to your country. Withdrawal process depending on your location. Some scheme work, some not. If you ask about amount better sell all on the pump, if you like a coin, buy again on lower price.

I agree with you in part, but I like to communicate here, because I noticed that people here are much more willing to contact than we have Smiley

ETH and then on to Fiat??   Fiat is a car brand? Sorry I didn't understand what you meant. Your question now is to sell some ERC20 tokens? Or do you want to buy some altcoin?Or do you want to know how to dictate your funds?

It depends on whether you like the tokens.
If be optimistic, then you only need to sell part, if not optimistic, then you can sell all.

You are right, if you want more profit and believe in your coins, then you have to wait for the market to start to grow. You have to accept low prices when you urgently need money. I also sometimes need money and I have to sell my coins at low prices.

It really depends on your strategy but mostly, people that trade cryptocurrency prefer to sell all when they are taking their profits this is because when a specific coin reached the amount where an individual thinks that the price might fall after hitting that value is that it will start to go down, and we already know that those new coins or tokens have low volume that can be easily pumped and dumped by big investors. What I do is also take all the profits when I trade altcoins and convert it to either fiat or Bitcoin. But in Bitcoin it is different, I have Bitcoins for trading and Bitcoins for long term holdings this is because it has the highest chance to gain more value in the future.

it really depends on what token/coin you have in mind and when are were talking about. for example a token can be inside a pumping spree or it can be in the dumping craze or it may be stable with no volume. or it may be the initial release on the market. apart from the first case (on the pump) the rest of them means you should sell immediately and sell all. but when it is getting pumped you should sell slowly and sell in small batches to reduce the risk while taking advantage of the pump.

It depends on what type of trade you have made, the type of coin you have bought and what percentage of your your portfolio that coin amounts to.

Generally i trade with not more than 10-15% of my protfolio, the rest i store in BTC/ether/monero as long term holds.

it is generally advisable though to always take some profits if a coins moons a lot ( say your investment in that coins is up at least 50-100% assuming a long term trade), and when you do sell as a rule of thub you should ideally split profits into

1) add  25%-30% of profits into your long term btc/ether stack

2) add 25-30% into your trading stack

3) maybe convert 20-30% into fiat to account for taxes (assuming you are going to pay it) if not its still advisable to convert at least some profit into fiat regularly

4) The balance 10-20% you could maybe use for more riskier trades/icos or just let it remain in the coin instead of selling it (if you feel the coin is worth holding long term)

As I am a long term investor I usually withdraw my profit when the market is good. And it’s totally depends on the location from where you are withdrawing the profit.

If you have participated in a bounty campaign or bought tokens from ico but after a few weeks you realize that project is not living upto the expectations or it is different from what you were thinking then it would be better to sell those coins and hold eth and btc, these two are solid products and overtime value will also increase and secondly you can also cashout them anytime.

I as much as possible try to hold to the tekena, almost never I sell them, only in the emergency sluchiya, I try to invest more, than to take out, I consider here the will longer lie, the value will be higher. Long-term investments are a victory.

My investments are divided into two sides, what I get from participating in bounty companies, I deduce them for use, while others I use as a long-term investment, for a year 3-4 full holda.

Personally, I just drop my coins on the stock exchange when I want to sell them, sell, and then withdraw my money in cash through the partners
