Well I just found one blocK... which turned to be orphaned.
The fist one I got so far and it has to be the only orphan I've seen since I'm mining Icoin...

1 of top 15 miners get randomly 10,000 IC (we will screenshot top 15 and use random.org to find out winner) at block 5040

What if somebody comes in finishing 10 minutes with a lot of power and after block 5040 go out. But with the Prize.

There is something wrong with the pool. At 2.5mhash per worker for me, the worker diff just increased to 1,901.71 causing almost 90% rejects by server for me. At 7.5mhash that I have, the pool just shows 1.6mhash for me!

When I changed the worker to a new name, all worked fine again. I think it is desirable to lower the vardiff.
