If you named the pools, I think you also need to name the exchange because that seems to be the point of issue. Are you saying that you are missing that many coins on the exchange or are you just going by what you're seeing on the block explorer? You're talking about a deposit address at an exchange which doesn't necessarily function like a wallet on your personal computer.
For example... I just made 2 transfers tonight to Cryptsy to my IFC deposit address. If I look up the address on the block chain, it shows 2 transactions in and 2 transactions out with an ending balance of 0. But the coins are still on my account on the exchange. It's just not tied to that address exactly.

And your explanation makes sense. I wasn't aware that the address from Crypsty wasn't actually mine. This explains things better. Thank you.
I'm going to try to figure out how to import the private keys onto my Dogecoin QT so I can use a paper wallet.
